theres this guy named robert i like and i already told him all he did was sit next to me in both of my classes and he tried to make himself obvious [like by asking me things] but i didnt even look at him[ i know "smart" move] then i comment him on myspace and he dosent comment back[even though he was online for some time] then the next day he ignores me but stares at my breasts:-(

Maybe he really doesn't know his exact feelings for you. He might likes you more than friend and then he's confused. If you can, take initiative moves. Sometimes, I think it's good to make the moves and feel happy. If he clearly rejects you(I don't think he is that resistant), then get yourself over him. There are many guys out there.

I know that I might sound a bit mean. But the most important thing is to make yourself feel happy. To like someone makes you feel good. And at the same time, it also brings you lots of confusions and uncertainties.

girl there are many guys out there for you. you are still young and have more to experience in life. SMILE okay....just be prepared for any hurt, consequences or challenges that will come down your rode in some point in your life. its kind of like Karma....you like him but he shows mixed signals and he also likes this girl who does not like him back. dont waste your sadness on him. if its not meant to be there are millions of guys out there......you'll see :)
