My friend.?

My friend i think mite still be having troubles getting over his girlfriend he 18 and she was his first really true love. he wrote this on his myspace page

...say you have really had that true feeling for someone for a certain amount of school years and they have no idea how u felt. it feels like running in a dream and not being able to move. the feeling is there but you cant run to your destination. all you want to reach is her. you have absolutely no idea how she feels or even knows if you exist but when its all said and done and relationships and loveless flings come and go with different girls all you truly desire is her and her feelings as they gradually leave you in shadows. i wish i could tell you.

i no it was hard for him but its almost been a year, we met last year and became best friends, were like the same person. I dont no how i sud approach him about this. Or if i even sud. I cant tell if he depressed or watever. plz suggetions

My friend.?

its a difficult one!! u need to help this person get over this girl, i no im statin the obvious but heres some tips!!

STEP 1: Spend time with your friend, ideally in person.

STEP 2: Let your friend talk. If he or she is not talking, encourage it. Keep lots of tissues handy.

STEP 3: Try distractions. Movies, sightseeing, outdoor activities and games are good possibilities.

STEP 4: Indulge your friend with chocolates, massages, facials, shopping sprees - whatever lets him or her concentrate on pleasure instead of pain.

STEP 5: Send a card to lift your friend's spirits if you can't be there in person.

STEP 6: Be patient. Some things take a long time to get over.

Even if you think the breakup was your friend's fault, now is not the time to say so.

Avoid such phrases as, "There are other fish in the sea." These comments won't be helpful.

Be careful not to bash the ex too much. That kind of talk may make your friend distrust his or her own judgment, or distrust yours
