There a girl in school that I really like (I'm in high school).During class one day, she tapped me and started talking. Ever since then, whenever we do group work, she sits next to me and constantly flirts. She pets my head, writes on my arm that I love her, etc. The thing is, however, that she is a very flirty girl and flirts with other guys, too, but not as much as me. Many people in my class think that she likes me, but I'm still not convinced. Recently, I told her through myspace that I love her. Since then, she started acting a little different towards me. She doesn't pet my head anymore, for one thing. However, there are times when I think she still tries to talk to me in between periods, and twice when I passed by her in the hall, she hugged me. Before I told her that I loved her, she would also say "I love you" many times in class and she gave me a nickname too. Once as I was leaving she said "I love you" and when I didn't respond, she said "Say I love you too," smiling.

It sounds like she wants you to play a little hard to get. Ironically speaking, it seems that she thought you were coming on too strong when you told her that you love her. I know she says I love you to you but perhaps she is playing games. Take it slow and have a 'light' conversation with her and see where it goes. Good luck to you.
