What can you do if your long term ambition is to emigrate to the southern u.s, but your in circumsta

are so remote and far away from that at the moment? and you worry you wont get there and it will take along long time to reach this goal?



for example, i live in england, north west, im 29 have never worked, ive had borderline personality disorder and im waitin for therapy...



so as you can see, you can understand why i despair and get depressed about how will i reach these goals..



eventually i wanna be like this guy on myspace, as the end result, havin emigrated to the southern us, livin somewhere rural, livin with somebody i love, and a girl that loves me to...



but i dont no how im gonna get there.

Well, have you ever considered that maybe if you like foreign locales and you can閳ユ獩 seem to touch it at the moment maybe you were meant to write about it or something artistic like that? That閳ユ獨 what Germany閳ユ獨 Karl May did about the American Wild West and he did very well for himself despite not physically going there (or not at the time he first wrote them). Even if you don閳ユ獩 sell anything maybe it would be a learning experience or provide satisfaction for you in some way.



Besides therapy one of the ways to get out of depression is to try to identify what you specifically fear. Many people think they fear one thing but actually fear another. For example, instead of fearing the unknown or failure you should fear life passing you by without taking risks if you see what I mean. Try harder to fear what is causing you depression as opposed to just the unknown. You have to get to the root of your thoughts in order to tackle them.
